- I will develop a brief (specific details of your requirements) in consultation with you. The brief includes:

- Open to options
- Deal breakers
- Review brief, signoff and return

- I’ll provide progress updates as agreed with you, via your nominated notification frequency and method, such as daily weekly, and by phone, email or text… whichever you prefer.
- I’ll provide clear and concise written assessments.
- You can amend the property brief as and when required.
- Feel free to contact me at any time to get additional progress updates, to answer questions or address any concerns.

Once you have found the right property and are happy to proceed with making an offer:
- You may want to undertake your own due diligence, submit an offer and negotiate the purchase and that’s perfectly fine.
- Alternatively, I can undertake due diligence, negotiate on your behalf as per your instructions, organise a contract. submit contract to the seller or seller’s agent.
