Once you have found the right property and are happy to proceed with making an offer:

• You may want to undertake your own due diligence, submit an offer and negotiate the purchase and that’s perfectly fine.
• Alternatively, I can undertake due diligence, negotiate on your behalf as per your instructions, organise a contract. submit contract to the seller or seller’s agent.
