Once you engage my service and a brief of your requirements has is developed and agreed, the search begins.
Whether it’s an existing dwelling, new build or vacant block of land – if it’s out there I’ll find it.
This service includes viewing the property and providing a written assessment, which includes:
- Property attributes = to your brief
- Impressions of the neighbourhood
- Details of infrastructure services
- Important things to note
FIXED FEE
Retainer = $1100 incl GST
(dedicated 90 day search)
NOTE: This fee is payable on appointment and is non-refundable.
Success fee = $4400 incl GST
(payment due when contract unconditional)
NOTE: No success fee is payable if you do not proceed with a purchase.
VIEW A PROPERTY….
So you found a property on online, but you don’t have the time or can’t justify the expense to visit the Hervey Bay region, then let me do the leg work.
As we know, everything looks good in photos, so you really need someone who is on the ground and knows the local area.
This service includes viewing the property and providing a written assessment, which includes:

FIXED FEE
1 property = $198 incl GST
2 properties = $350 incl GST

CONTRACT OF SALE
bold agent fee $55 incl GST.
NOTE: This is in addition to fees charged by the Solicitor to draw up a contract. These fees are payable to the Solicitor by you.
BUILDING + PEST (B&P)
bold agent fee $55 incl GST.
NOTE: This is in addition to fees charged by the B&P company to undertake the inspection. These fees are payable to the B&P company by you.
ATTEND + BID AT AUCTION
bold agent fee $198 incl GST
